New & Updated Commands/Events - April 10th, 2025

We’ve introduced new safeguards and improvements to ensure better control, consistency, and moderation around nickname usage.

These updates help maintain moderation standards and prevents visual or formatting abuse.

/bot

  • nickname – Now includes validation to prevent the use of special characters in nicknames: - " , { } [ ] ( )

  • admin - Administration Command for Vyral.bot Staff.

/moderation

  • user-nick – Now validates nicknames and blocks any containing the following special characters: - " , { } [ ] ( )

Bot Nickname Protection

If the bot's nickname is changed outside of commands:

  • It will automatically revert the change unless it was made by the server owner.

  • If the server owner updates the nickname, it will be saved as the new official name.

A set of utility commands related to the bot itself:

  • dashboard – Sends a link to the server's dashboard for quick access to configuration and settings.

Simplified Module Commands - April 8th, 2025

We’ve simplified the module commands to save space. Due to Discord’s limitation of 100 slash commands, we’ve restructured the growing list of commands into subcommands where possible.

Affected Modules:

  • ChatGPT

  • Counting

  • Economy & Minigames

  • Emoji Manager

  • Global Chat

  • Invite Tracker

  • Levelling

  • ModMail

  • Moderation

  • Polls

  • Roblox Verification

  • Sticky Messages

  • Twitch

  • YouTube

As a result, we’ve reduced the total number of slash commands to 23, while still offering a combined total of 152 commands and subcommands.
